Two years ago. . I started taking Singulair and two years ago I started feeling bad. Correlation?

Okay, here is the latest. I started using deductive reasoning by thinking back to when I stopped feeling good. Two years ago the change was that I started taking Singulair.

Before taking Singulair, even with my severe allergies, I was able to walk five miles a day. Now, two years later, I can hardly stand to take a shower to wash my hair.

Here is what WorstPills.org says about Singulair:

"montelukast (SINGULAIR); zafirlukast (ACCOLATE)
We list these drugs as Do Not Use drugs because they are less effective than other drugs and can cause blood vessel inflammation, liver disease, lupus and recurrences of ulcerative colitis."

Did you see all that it can cause blog readers? Count me out. I am going to see if it makes me feel better to NOT take this drug which suppressed my immune system for two years. Update: I am back on my Singulair now because it did wonders for my allergies and asthma.

TAKING CARE OF MYSELF IN THIS HEAT
In the meantime, I am not overexerting myself especially with it being hot outside now, watching my thyroid, paying attention to my body’s signs, learning about pre-menopause, and even taking supplements. I am doing everything I can think of doing to get back to the Rebecca I was only two years ago. I am wondering if there is some kind of connection with Singulair and Hypothyroidism. Whatever the case, I am not going to take that stupid drug anymore.

PMS PREDICTS PROBLEM MENOPAUSE
So much to elaborate on but in my quest for knowledge, I found this article that talks about how PMS can be a sign of a bad menopause to come when that transition happens. Oops. lol

COMING UP
VITAMIN B-5 SUPPLEMENTATION

I will be getting Vitamin B-5 to help my adrenal glands, and to see if it helps balance out my thyroid hormones some as well. B-5 vitamins are also helpful vitamins for stress.

You might see me get better after all blog readers. :) Next destination, energy level.
