TAKING SINGULAIR AGAIN
LATEST WITH MY HEALTH
I started taking my Singulair again because I started needing to take my asthma spray. It will realistically be a while until I can stop Singulair cold turkey but for now, I have decided to get back on this drug for my health maintenance. As soon as I have the funds from either working or getting a tax refund back, I will be getting more things for my health. I have a long list of things I want and need including a good mild Candida cleanse.
HEALING ON THE INSIDE
I asked a lot from my body with having a lot of stress the last two years. I was going back and forth between the DC area and NC for financial reasons, and then moving to NY where I had to make adjustments there as well. It is going to take some real babying of my body to get it back on track. As a whole, stress from financial challenges has been awful on my health.
The good news is that I am making steps, in the right direction, with foods and nutriceuticals that will heal.
