SINGULAIR HELPING MY BREATHING
I think I underestimated how much Singulair was helping me. I am not happy about being on a medication again that can damage my liver and suppress my immune system but have no choice if I want to breathe.
VITAMIN D-3 & SUPER B-VITAMINS
I got even more vitamins tonight. I got the Super B Vitamins by Nutricology, and Vitamin D (Vitamin Shoppe brand). I think these vitamins should help me tremendously. Stress ravages the body of B-vitamins.
