This article was a Godsend! Did you know that Hypothyroidism can indicate a Premenopausal condition? I was wondering this myself after noticing some physical changes and the hot flashes I have been having even though I am only 35 years old. Did you know that the ovaries are part of the endocrine system?

The thing is that Premenopause and Hypothryoidism have a lot of the same symptoms. I could have both especially because of some physical things I have noticed about myself. I have hot flashes, fatigue, and other signs of being Peri-menopausal as well.

The last time I went to a gynecologist was two years ago. I have also been feeling bad for the last two years. I would say that two years ago is when my health started declining to a dull roar. I am going to get the Angel passive diffuser. This wonderful diffuser even has a little piece of Velcro on the back. I could use this feature to attach it to my monitor. Now I can smell glorious Lavender, Bergamot, or whatever, in the form of an esthetically comforting angel near by. Wonderful!

HAIR MERCURY TESTING
I have metal fillings and have also been reading about Mercury vaccines and their possible relationship to Autism. I have to read more to comment.

The Mercury hair test kit can be ordered through an organization called, Greenpeace. If you have a NY address, you cannot order the kit because of some kind of licensure policy. You can maybe get somebody else to get it for you, or have it shipped somewhere else. The kit costs $25.00. I will have mine shipped to my mother's house.
